About This Role
Mouse is positioned to scale its flagship computer science education program, Design League, by transforming this successful, local program into a nationally distributed digital product. Mouse is seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Director of Digital Transformation with savvy systems thinking, technology, and digital product design skills who will propel Mouse toward its vision of delivering Design League to schools and districts nationally.
In this role that will transform Mouse’s product and program delivery, the Director of Digital Transformation will be the principal architect of the infrastructure and systems Mouse needs to maintain a high-quality user experience while ensuring the program is accessible and manageable at scale.
The Director of Digital Transformation will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Program Strategy and Impact. They will sit on the organization’s leadership team and supervise a small team.
