Jessica Goldfarb joins Mouse as the Senior Advisor to manage day-to-day operations after leading the search for the organization's new Chief Executive Officer, Larry Lieberman.
Jessica is a lawyer, strategic management, and recruitment professional with a commitment to social purpose. She has expertise in the management of startups, growing organizations, nonprofits, and social enterprises. Jessica most recently served as the Administration and Finance Advisor to Women's March Global and as the Chief Operating Officer and Advisor at Civic Hall (a collaborative community of civic tech innovators, advancing the use of technology for the public good).
Jessica has 20 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition consulting, including as the Managing Partner of the preeminent recruitment firm, Roz Goldfarb Associates (RGA), whose clients were prominent Digital Media and Branding organizations globally. Jessica launched RGA’s Digital Media division in 1995 and helped found the Aravati Global Search Network, a consortium of recruiting firms in key commercial centers worldwide.
Jessica served in the Clinton Administration as an employment and technology policy advisor to Vice President Gore, the Labor Department, and The National Commission for Employment Policy. Her experience in employment law also includes work in mediation, arbitration, investigations, and law practice at the Proskauer firm in NYC.
