Adam Davis,
Director of Digital Transformation
Adam brings over two decades of diverse experience in media, technology, and education to his role at Mouse, where he joined in Fall 2023. In his most recent endeavor, he spent eight years spearheading infrastructure, data management, and technology operations at the Positive Learning Collaborative, a partnership between the NYC Department of Education and the United Federation of Teachers. At its core, this initiative is committed to advancing equity in public education through a collaborative and healing-centered approach. Under Adam’s leadership, he architected and optimized systems that magnified the organization’s influence to schools across New York City's five boroughs, transforming them into vibrant, joyful learning communities.
Before venturing into education, Adam worked in the digital media space for a decade. During this period, he had the opportunity to collaborate with national and international brands, strategically reshaping their online presence to drive success. He also co-founded a technology startup that aimed to provide users with a unique blended experience, combining live video and eCommerce.
Driven by a passion for crafting tailored systems that empower organizations and leveraging data to convey compelling narratives, Adam finds balance in his personal life through fitness, yoga, and outdoor escapades in Jersey City with his dog, Silly.
