Joshen Ayukawa,
Program Manager
Joshen Ayukawa joined Mouse in Spring 2022. He began his career at the YMCA of Greater New York, delivering leadership, civic engagement, and STEM based programming to Middle School and High School aged youth. He began to further develop his passion for youth development through transitioning into leadership roles for Summer Camp programming, beginning to plan and enhance program offerings along with staff development opportunities. He later transitioned into state-funded youth programming, where he was able to hone in on key skills and experiences, such as special event planning and curriculum development. Joshen is passionate about providing youth with opportunities to create a brighter future for themselves.
Outside of work, you can find Joshen binge-listening to podcasts or chasing after his fluff-ball pet chinchilla!
