Mouse Honored to be Nonprofit Partner at Gartner ITxpo!
The Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is recognized as the world’s most important gathering of CIOs and senior IT executives. Mouse was honored to have been selected to be Gartner’s nonprofit partner during the Gartner ITxpo 2014 held this October in Orlando!
During the ITxpo, Mouse setup its own Makerspace in the Central Pavilion, showing many ways Mouse inspires youth to get excited about STEM learning. Over a thousand attendees visited our Makerspace where they could take part in maker activities from the Mouse curriculum, such as making LED light up pins or designing their own 3D printable houses!
Our thanks to the many Gartner ITxpo attendees who stopped by to learn more about Mouse and watch 3D printing “in action” on our MakerBot Replicators.
Throughout the conference, the MakerBot printers were printing exciting 3D objects, houses designed by conference attendees, and dinosaurs created by Mouse students during their spring apprenticeship with the American Museum of Natural History.
We are incredibly thankful for the generosity of Gartner and their support of Mouse and STEM education!
