MOUSE Appoints Daniel Rabuzzi as Executive Director, EdNET Insight

An excerpt from "She Snoops for Scoops" column

MOUSE has announced the appointment of Daniel A. Rabuzzi as its next Executive Director. Daniel will assume the role on February 4th and succeeds Carole Wacey, who has served as Executive Director of MOUSE since 2003 and has recently joined WNET as Vice President of Education.

Daniel has dedicated much of his professional career to improving the lives of underserved youth and has a track record of successful expansion and innovation. As Senior Director, Operations & Strategy, Year Up New York, he led the expansion of programming to Brooklyn, impacting significantly more students, and worked closely with the national office, Board, and sites across the country to ensure future growth and successful outcomes for more youth.

Previously, he served as National Program Director for The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. In this role, Daniel managed curriculum development, teacher training and expansion of their program office and alumni network. During his tenure, NFTE tripled the number of learners served, doubled annual budget and staff, opened four new offices, and expanded curricular offerings.

Daniel was CEO of the Kentucky Virtual Campus, one of the first public sector online schools created to bring web-based services to the least advantaged citizens. He also brings experience from the banking industry, having served as Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.

Join me in congratulating Daniel on his new role at MOUSE!
