Mouse is Awarded a Record $328K from The New York City Council for FY14!
Mouse greatly appreciates being awarded $328K by Speaker Christine C. Quinn and the New York City Council, the largest grant Mouse has received from the New York City Council to date.
Mouse values our partnership with the City Council and their continuing to see promise in Mouse programs by increasing their contribution for the coming school year. Since 2000, the New York City Council and the Office of the Speaker have invested almost $3 million in Mouse
Mouse is honored to be one of fourteen citywide education initiatives that the Speaker supported as a priority of her education agenda.
In FY14, Mouse will receive support from:
- Speaker Christine Quinn and the New York City Council: $275,000
- Council Member Dickens: $5,000
- Council Member Greenfield: $5,000
- Council Member Koo: $5,000
- Council Member Palma: $5,000
- Council Member Gennaro: $4,000
- Council Member Jackson: $4,000
- Council Member Rose: $3,700
- Manhattan Delegation: $3,600
- Council Member Brewer: $3,500
- Council Member Comrie: $3,500
- Council Member Garodnick: $3,500
- Council Member Levin: $3,500
- Council Member Mendez: $3,500
