It was Another Busy Week in Silicon Alley and Beyond, AlleyWatch

By Bonnie Halper (an excerpt from this post)

MOUSE, the long-standing non-profit that prepares underprivileged youth for the technical world, turned 15 this week and honored former MOUSE chairman, long-time supporter and angel investor Joanne Wilson and MakerBot founder Bre Pettis for their contributions to the program. The event, which took place at the Lighthouse @ Chelsea Piers, was a veritable who’s who of the New York tech world, from the industry’s most nascent days in city to now. Summer’s coming and if you’re invited to host a MOUSE apprentice. Of course, donations to the program are always welcomed!
