Ron brings extensive expertise in the education and technology sectors from his 25 year career as a web developer, educator, and organizational leader.
Formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Code Nation and Executive Director of CS4All/CS Education at NYC Public Schools, Ron is a fierce advocate for equitable access to computational thinking, CS and AI education.
Ron has developed and operationalized the programming and multi-year strategy that has driven measurable exposure, access, and inclusion for all students in NYC. His passion and purpose is to advance economic mobility for marginalized students and he brings an outcome-driven lens to his current work at Mouse.
Ron continues to stay connected to U.S. school districts, organizations, and the CS/AI ecosystem as a thought partner and leader. He believes that we can't solve the challenges of equitable access and economic mobility alone, so he's always willing to help.
Ron loves spending time with his family, all activities in the great outdoors, and is a die-hard Mets fan.
