Apply now! Mouse Design League

Mouse Design League is a year-long after school design and technology program for high school students who are self-proclaimed geeks, techies, artists, activists, innovators and tinkerers who will achieve over 100 hours of applied design, technology, workplace and leadership experience.

Over the course of the program, students brainstorm, prototype, and present their Legacy Project, a new technology which addresses a social need, while building their skills and exploring career pathways with technology mentors across diverse professional settings.

Typically, Design League students start the program in 9th, 10th or 11th grade and participate every year until they graduate high school. All high school students are welcome to apply

If you have specific questions about how your schedule will work with Design League, you can contact Maggie at Maggie@mouse.org.

How do I know if Design League is right for me?

Design League is a weekly commitment for high school aged techies, artists, and makers who have skills or strong interests in technology and design. You'll apply these skills and learn new ones to design a new technology that solves a need in the world, all while being a part of a team that loves to have fun and work together. Design League members care about the world and their community. If you are unsure, email Maggie@mouse.org. for advice, or come to the Open House and see for yourself!

Will this Qualify for Community Service Credits?

Yes, several components of the Design League program are designed for community service. Legacy Projects offer weeks of community service! Plus you learn a lot about the technology you love along the way, like Media, Robotics, Programming or Web Design.
