March "3D Space Model" Mouse Microproject
Since the first manned missions to the moon in the 1960s, generations of scientists, engineers and enthusiasts have been eager to rocket astronauts back for another visit. They’ve spent years building the technology and acquiring the knowledge needed to return, and thanks to their efforts it’s looking more likely that we’ll be able to return for a longer stay and eventually push even farther into deep space.Things once thought of as science fiction like space tourism are being explored as a reality and some companies are testing their own private rockets and launching their CEO's electric car into space! You may not be a millionaire who can send a prized possession into orbit on a space shuttle, but you can model something in CAD that you might!
Your challenge this month is to build a 3D object in Tinkercad that could be shot into space!
Find the 3D Space Model project in the project finder and follow the instructions. Then copy and paste the URL to your 3D model as text evidence on Mouse Create and submit this project to your educator!
